Link Restrictions!

I understand the 7 days to wait before allowing new users to use links, but (if this does not require too much coding) I do think it should be removed from the shops at the art corner so we can put our drawings links! I would like to contribute my art to this site and I don't want to be held back from showing my drawings to you people!  Could you possibly change this to where the links restriction is a couple days fewer if the coding for it to be not restricted on one forum is too complicated?

We will keep the rule in place but for link to art and all that is accepted.However if we find a user abusing this power one of the mods will delete the link and shut down the shop.The member will then have to wait 3 months before they can re open the shop:)
